hello first off this was happening brfore i flashed it and put a new screen in


the problem is the screen looks like someones playing with the vertical sync phone makes all the noises and things but screen looks skewiff i changed the lcd screen and reflashed it but it still is messed up any suggestion would be helpfull what may be wrong
