the call,end call,'c',activity menu,menu and all the buttons on the upper slide are not working.what wil be the problem.pls help me out

I have the same problem.
the flexi cable you are talking about.. is this the one you mean?
And if that doesn't work I need to change the board?

s.....i gave to service centre.have to change the board.it costs 1400 INR
