K550i to W610i Network & Sound error

HI,
Well its a complicated problem that i created by my stupidity...
my K550 work fine after flashing to W610 & im using it from 1 year..... but few days ago i found the phone was hanged & restart sometimes.... so i though to re-flash it by FAR.
by mistake i selected the K810i Firmware to flash.... when i seen the white screen going on n off..
so i re-flash to w610 again.... but after this my mobile phone said on the NETWORK LOGO... "No Network Coverage" & sound almost gone... i hearing only " Scratchy " sound or can say radio type sound from my speaker...

I reflash again....but nothing happen ...im not able to fix this problem...

WHAT THIS PROBLEM CALLED ?? ITS A "HARDWARE" OR "SOFTWARE" PROBLEM ??
I given this phone to service center... i told them about software.... is am rite????

That's why you should backup your GDFS when you start modding your phone.
Identify your phone in Setool2Lite and post log(without IMEI).
