Download: C510 customize_upgrade APAC-ANZ.rar
Click Extract Here on archive and move customize_upgrade.xml to TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM (with A2uploader when click File System Tool)
After uploading - turn on phone and when see on screen: "Please wait" -> again turn off phone -> then update via SEUS.
