hey wondering if anybody can help me in here.

I have a w580i and when i try and turn it on its just a white screen and it vibrates twice then nothing. Also when i plug in charger it flashes red about 5 times, which i've heard means the erom is damaged.

so basically i need help to fix this problem, how do it do it though?
