V630i Problem after unlocking

I tried to unluck my phone with several programs, (setools, omnius, xs++) but I think I made a mistake somewhere. The phone won't turn on any more and the computer won't recognize it when i hold down "C" and insert USB cable. The only way something happens is when i hold down "2 and 5", but it gives an error after OTP CID.

I think the telephone is dead, or am i wrong?

try to update your phone with SEUS.
if your phone starts
then try again to unlock it using OMNIUS. and don't forget to downgrade it to CID52

SEUS won;t recognize the phone either :(

maybe your EROM is damaged.
did you tried to update your phone's EROM? use omnius or look here Upgrading or repairing the EROM (FOTA) in phones CID 49 or CID 51 with Phone XS

Identify your phone in SeTool2Lite 1.11 connecting with "2+5" and post the log(without IMEI).
