G502 doesn't turn on

Hi all,

After a freeze my G502 decided not to wake up anymore after I tried to reset it (i.e. remove battery, wait some seconds and put it back on). Do any of you guys have a clue of anything I might do to save it? Tried to update it using SE app, but when i try to press 5 and plug in the usb cable, the program is not able to recognize the phone.

You must hold 2 and 5 together or only "C" button to connect with A2uploader.

Thanks for the quick answer. Should I use A2Uploader then to try to fix my phone? Please note that i didn't "brick" it trying any firmware change or anything. It simply decided to "freeze" and not start any more.

I also read on some other threads about using D-Ultimate Unlocker, but I get this:
