W580i: SEtool2 Lite "embedded flashloader not responds !"

Hello all,

I have a problem connecting to my phone after I successfully unlocked my W580i. I repeated the process after I realized the phone was also branded. I used a GENERIC_MAIN mbn, a EUROPE 2 FS fbn file, but used the unpacked tpa/preset/custom/Configuration.xml as misc file instead of the ZIP. (big mistake?)

The flash process finished, but I can't get SEtool2 to repeat the flashing process, because when connecting the phone with the standard C-button and connect procedure, my phone is turning on and the file transmission mode is started. This makes executing from SEtool impossible.

I can still use IDENTIFY. Here's the log:

But again, the SEtool2 can't connect to the phone to init the flash process. My phone turns on and shows something like "preparing file transmission" and another message only to disconnect the phone after the app has finished. Yawn.

So I give up and press STOP in SEtool. The log is:

Does anyone know what's going on? Why does my phone turn on all of a sudden? How do I fix this?

Use Omnius to full unlock (not patch unlock) and flash with XS++v3.1
