Upload customize_upgrade.xml to TPA > PRESET > CUSTOM with A2uploader.
Then turn on phone, when see on screen "Please wait" -> turn off phone and then update via SEUS.

Unlock was simple and completed in under a min. The debranding can be done free with a SEUS hack i believe for A2 phones?
