Operation Failed while installing any app or game in w800

Hello guys..!! i tried a java restriction removal tool by this method:

How to Remove Java, Internet and Bluetooth access prompts

Use FAR or XS to copy \tpa\preset\system\java\sec (maybe /extsec if /sec is not present) to your pc, also duplicate this as a backup.
Download THIS (http://rangers.wen.ru/phone/JavaRestrictionRemoval.rar) unrar it and drop all the numbered files from sec onto the Remover. You'll need to do it in batches of 10 or so.
Now using FAR delete the sec folder from your phone and upload the entire sec folder you just edited with the restriction remover back into where the other sec was.
Exit FAR in the usual way, startup your phone and MobyEx, Opera Mini Hacks, and any other app you had on your phone will no longer have any user prompts at all!
If you add another app, install on phone as usual and repeat the above process.

This also removes allow internet access and BT prompts.

so now all restrictions have been removed but now if i install any application or game it doesn't install and gives an error Operation Failed... i uploaded its original sec folder files but still it gives error operation failed... help me out guys..!!

try reflashing and if still not working
tryout seus. (if you just want working phone)

try flashing with wotan server if u are not sure with meddling with far manager.

Operation failed is known issue and now you will also get it while opening games or app folder. And only solution for this is re-flash, it happened with my k810 also and only re-flashing sorted out the issue. Master reset, updating using SEUS will not work.

And flashing is pretty easy using XS++ and use ver 1.6 or above for k800. Go thru any tutorial for flashing you only need Main, FS and custom pack.
