K800i after flashing "another application is running, close it and re start camera"

K800i CID51 white screen then logo, after i flash with the same flash file using SETOOL the phone is ok., but the camera is not working...is there anything wrong or how can i fix the camera problem.. before it became white screen the camera is working..,.

Dear taraa,when you post solution please post with full details as users don't know how to make jumper and what pins to connect.
Remove IC,there are 8 pins and must be connected like this:
1 2 3-4
5-6 7 8
I already tested it and camera is working fine but it is impossible job for novice and hardly that you can even see contacts without microscope.
