When insert the battery in my w580i, if torn of or not, phone vibrate nonstop, don't stop, and keypad 1,2,3,4,5,6, lightning nonstop. Hardware or software problem? Please, help me!!! Thanks!

that's hardware problem..... maybe that's hp water damage..
