Open Omnius Client --> Select Ur Phone Model --> Click " Unlock " (Lock Icon) in Tool Bar --> Select " Unlock Network Lock by Reset "

--> In " Advanced Settings " Area, Select " Final Certificate Color " of ur choice. (This will be ur Final CID).

Then Follow the Instructions on the Screen.
