connection problem with pc freezing

hello
well i have a problem i searched a bit but i cant find a way to fix it
here is my prob
i have se k810i
and i tried to install usb flash driver
and when i clicked on the C button and connected it to my it popuped the semc flash driver or sth andthen my pc freezes any idea how to solve this???:S
a mod told me to install seus for installing automatically the flash drive but i have already installed it and my pc keeps freezing
