    Help/advice unlocking SE G502

I found a few old posts saying it wasn't possible to remove the network lock with free software on a G502. I was just wondering if that was still the case? If it is, does anyone know any good cheap software/service I could use?

Also I'm completely new to this and decided to update the firmware to see if that would remove the network lock, but of course it didn't. But would this cause problems as I've read I need to use customisation files?

    Any help would be appreciated,
    Jonathan.

Cheers mate, phone is now unlocked. But as I thought, flashing the firmware has caused problems. The phone is displaying "Configuration error. Please contact you network operator or service centre". I understand this can be resolved by uploading a custom pack, problem is I don't know which one to use.

The phone was originally on Three but I want to use it on O2 but can't find any custom packs for O2 UK. Do you know where I can find the right pack?

    Thanks,
    Jonathan.

Debrand your phone with these files:

Omnius is not free. If you want a license will have to buy it.
