w810 2 different phones with 2 different issues

Both phones are w810 with small faults and need some advice please.

Phone 1.
When the phone is switched on it is very dim.
You can just about see the operator logo etc.
I have checked that the brightness is 100% and it is.
I have carried out a master reset but still the same.
I have fitted a lcd screen that i know is ok but still the same.
I have flashed another display driver but still the same.

Phone 2.
No sound from speaker.
Mp3 will play a track no problem with headphones plugged in but as soon as you remove them all quiet but the track is still playing.
When the phone receives a call it will only vibrate.
When i do a service test the speaker is quite but earphone is working.

Please advise what i can do
