C510 IMEI Help

Hi,

I unlocked the C510 via Ultimate unlocker (I brought logs), it was unlocked sucessfully. However it detects my SIM card but cannot phone or text.

I think its the IMEI been blocked, is there a way to get it changed or unblocked? CID53.
