k810 camera

my k810 camera can function and capture picture but cant b saving,after it appear the saving word and it jump out to the menu,anybody face this problem b4?any solution ?

i think this is harware problem, but you could try software. remember to first backup GDFS (important), and all the content of the phone before starting software
