K610i@W660 Display and keypad problem

I have flashed everything correctly on my K610i, not everything is working as it's supposed to. First of all the Display and Keypad light. When I go change the brightness settings to 50% or 60% the display and keypad light come on beautifully. But if I lock the phone the light obviously dims and when I unlock it again the lights won't come on. The display light is very dark but still see-able and the keypad light is totally off. Is there any way to fix this? Please help!

I also found another problem, I just downloaded this flash theme SE-NSE Home and then put the .swf in 'TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/DESKTOP/FLASH'. And set the theme in the phone. But the flash menu doesn't come up
