thnks a lot but this is witout the hebrew language inside this pack...
there pack with hebrew language? or even only able to write a with hebrew?

Theoretically, it should be "he.lng" too, but if you extract
W890_R1FA035_FS_S-ASIA-LEVAN_RED52 you'll not find it. I also extracted
W890_R1EA030_FS_S-ASIA-LEVAN_RED52, but I couldn't find "he.lng", nor "he.T9".
For some reason, I couldn't extract W890_R1EA033_FS_S-ASIA-LEVAN_RED52.
I extracted them from W595_R3EA031_FS_ISRAEL_RED52:
HE.lng.rar HE.T9.rar.

i follow step by step and it doesnt work for me... may be because the language is for outer version phone?

It seems hebrew language is missing from any DB3150 S-ASIA-LEVAN firmware. Unfortunately, I think there's no solution for your problem.
