how to add the hebrew language to my phone

i think there is a solution to my problem... because i saw phone in this model with hebrew support ... there a web pages that prove it...
i think that my phone can support other phone language like the w880 or other phones.. but i need the hebrew file that inside thier language pack... can someone bring me the he.lng files of others models?
