Adding language

i have bought W715 from vodafone, but it dont have chinese language, then i tried find language files from APAC firmware, but its strange, there is just zs.lng, no zs.t9, so i add it(then rewrite allowed_language.txt, write costmize.xml), reboot mobile, but nothing happend, so i dont know where is chinese language files? im still finding this language files, is here someone who know which files should i add to my mobile?

i know, i want add chinese language, without flashing firmware, because chinese firmware is keep some function like Wifi, or GPS or another........

i want language files, then i will write costmize_upgrade.xml, rewrite allowed_language.txt,(or write more than this files to phone) ,reboot and get language

but problem is, A2uploader or FAR cant read file from my phone.I have W715

i tried to rewrite allowed_language.txt and add costmize_upgrade.xml, it doesnt work,and it's strange, chinese language dont have zs.t9, so now i dont know where is problem.

Far can't read files from W715, but A2Uploader can. If your phone is CID53 use
A2tool v5

A2uplouder can see files in my phone, but CAN'T OPEN it, i have CID 53 RED phone, so this is problem
