W550i throwing error after Flashing - Please help

Hi All.

I need help to resolve my issue on my W550i phone.

My Phone information

Platform: DB2010
OTP CID: 49
EROM CID: 49
EROM Color: Red
Phone ID: W550
Region: EMEA_6
CDA: CDA102426/106 R2A
Firmware Version: R4CB020

Software : XS ++ 3.1

Recently I flashed the phone with the below files successfully

W550_R4CB020_MAIN_GENERIC_EL_RED49.mbn
W550_R4CB020_FS_EMEA_6_RED49.fbn

After sucessfully flashed I restarted my phone and getting the following error message.

"configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service center"

Now please tell me where I am going wrong.

1. Is the files I have used is wrong, if yes please provide me with the correct files and the links to download it.

2. Do I need to do the customization on the phone after the flash is done. If yes what customization pack should I use.

3. Any additional advice provided would be helpful for me.

flash with FS first and then main then the language pack. that should solve your problem

I searched for the cust pack and found these files listed below:

W550_CDA102426_6_R2A_Generic_EMEA_6
W550_CDA102426_106_R2A_Generic_EMEA_6

Please tell me which one should i use.

Also do I need to flash the Firmware first and then the Main and finally the language.

I am still confused about the process. Pardon me as I am a new to this stuff.

Please advice.

you can use anyone you've mentioned, just flash the custpack and it will be ok

Thanks again for the update.

So I would do the FS first with : W550_R4CB020_FS_EMEA_6_RED49.fbn

Then the main with : W550_R4CB020_MAIN_GENERIC_EL_RED49.mbn

Finally with : W550_CDA102426_6_R2A_Generic_EMEA_6

Please let me know the above steps and files are correct inorder to proceed further.

firstly, try in this order, MAIN, FS and custpack
if failed try in this order again, FS, custpack and MAIN

So as per your instruction I would do MAIN > FS > Custpack.

Now finally can you please let me know that I can use the below files to proceed further:
