Can I download it from the download section? I'm new to flashing and i'm not sure if i'm doing this right but... i've heard that i need a main a fs - europe4 and a custpack-europe4

could anybody link to me exactly which files that i should use?

No matter with or without SIM card.
Exactly this file: HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_13_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_4
Custom files has nothing to do with the version of software.
It applies to all versions of the software regardless of the CID

cust pack doesn't matter about the version, it matter about the FS only, you can leave or take out, it's your choice
