Looks like ribbon connector has disconnected.

i recently nstalled a full new w580i housing and checked to see if anything was disconnected and everything was fine, just recently when i flashed my phone to a w580i the camera was still showing the same problem but just last week when i click on the camera it freezes the whole phone and i have to restart it by taking the battery out. iwas wondering if it is the actual camera that is damaged?
