Hi, I'm really new to this and have tried searching around but can't find much.

Looking for what to choose, but don't know how to or what the difference is between the different files.

I know what RED means, but the rest of it seems like random letter and numbers to me, sorry for being such a noob.

in order to tell you what files you need, post the log from a2uploader.

Download and install SEUS. Put this customize_upgrade.rar (unzipped)to TPA/preset/custom with A2Uploader_CID53(press "File System tool" and connect USB cable while holding "C"), turn on and off the phone, then update with SEUS. You should get R1GA028_WESTERN-EUROPE.
