No man, I tried all those guides and how to's and no luck - the theme still comes up as the basic w810i theme. =S
My phone is completely unlocked and unbranded. =S

I used to have walkman white mod theme installed - and it worked fine! The menu was cool and appeared different, and when I scrolled the items the phone would give a short vibration...
Then I used SE Update Service and - now I'm back to the normal shit...
