Hi,your problem is damaged GDFS.I just repaired one w995 with same problem.You have to write good gdfs,unlock and fullflash the phone.
It can be done with omnius.Contact me in omnius forum so i will try to help you.

Hi, GDFS was OK, I sent to SE repair centre & they sent me an exchange unit. Original phone was BER due to faulty RF component!
