k750 headset

Hi,
I have a SE Bluetooth headset HBH-608. it paired effortlessly with my K750. however, I got another fone, the K800 and it doesnt pair with the headset. anybody knows why? is there a software i need to download?

1. Turn off HBH-608.
2. Hold button (on/off) for 4 - 5 s.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on phone and search new device, when ask for password type: 0000
