K770/K770i Flashing red light / Dead :( €10 for you to buy a few beers??

Hi all!

Greetings from Australia!

I seem to be having problems with my K770i.. it decided to turn off suddenly last week and I couldn't turn it on again :(

The red light either turns on for a few seconds, or keeps blinking maybe 5/6 times when I try turning it on or when I plug it into the mains charger..



I'm pretty sure its not the battery problem as I've swapped another same (fresh!) battery (BST-38) but the problem still persists...

Tried hooking the K770 to XS++ / FAR + JDFlasher and SEFP / setool2lt BUT the phone does not respond to the 'C' button + connect phone combination when pressed...

It only responds to the '2' key + '5' key combination in XS++ but froze when it gets to the 'Protocol Version: 3.1' prompt:

Hi, I think you maybe to fix this with KKClient (google it for download).

enter credentials
id-kulan
pass-kulan

Then choose upgrade erom only. then click flash..
press button 5 and 2 together.. (or c)
insert usb to ur phone..
wait until finish..

Unfortunately KKClient didn't work either :(

Press "5" and "2" keys, hold them together and plug DCU60 USB cable.

Error: Unsupported CID (>52) Version!
Contact With Reseller.

Any other ideas/suggestions will be greatly appreciated :)

that means KKclient doesn't support CID53 either, you will have to use far+jdflasher and that's the only way for CID53 phones

last week i've got some trouble like that...and I just put off the baterry for several minutes and i put it back and turn it on. just like that. try it!
