How to get Conversation mode on W995?

Hey all,

First off, I am a complete newbie at modding my phone, but when I ordered it I was under the impression that it came with the Conversation mode as advertised, but no. It is T-Mobile branded, and that may be why? But basically I'd like to get the Conversation option.

I've looked around everyhwere for a tut on how to use a2uploader, and they are all the same. Everything works, I do the holding c after clicking filesystemtool etc etc, but instead of loading up the directory of files and load of text, only the Retail line and two lines of numbers come up. I waited a while to see if it was just slow, but nothing.

Any of you clever people know where I am going wrong?

How could he do it, if it can't connect ?!
@sellierose, make sure you use A2Uploader_CID53 and you have installed USB flash driver.(Gordon Gate)
