Help with patches Please?

I just needed some help with these few things.
Is this patch available on W580 R8BA024

The patch is also available on W580 R8BE001 and R6BC002, if there is a way to change it can someone please tell me.
Also, I've only seen patches for Walkman 4.0 for W580 R8BE001, is it possible to get it on R8BA024?
Finally, how can I flash/upgrade my firmware from R8BA024 to R8BE001?

Don't worry about anything, I patched to R8BE001 and alls good, thanks for no help....
