c702 very wierd..help needed~

hi guys..its me again..and this time..i am having a problem with my c702..
it was sent to me by my sister and when i got it..

i had this problem that when i activate the camera by sliding the camera cover or accesing it on the main menu.. the screen goes black as if its turned off
but when i tried it again while media player is on..it still did the same thing(going black) but when i tried to press the end call button to close the camera application..the sound from the media player is back..(while still having a black screen..no lights at all)
i can tell that this isnt a hardware problem coz i tried the camera on service test and it is working properly there..

oh..and please take note that i can take pictures using the camera..ist just that there is no display when im in camera mode..

tried updating with SEUS but still no luck..

please share ur toughts and ideas regarding this matter...any help will be appreciated..

change camera and display drivers....
if still no gain then Flash it......

there might be some loose connection near the camera cover (might be display strip), take a look at it and see the possibilities.
