Since you can't find ar.lng and ar.T9, try to "trick" SEUS. Put this "customize_upgrade.xml"(unzipped): customize_upgrade.rar to TPA/preset/custom with FAR MANAGER with SEPF plugins, turn on and off phone and then try to update with SEUS.
