I found that SEMC 8.4 and SETool theoretically can do it. But unfortunatelly I don't have this phone on my hands now.
This stuff you can get from DL area or from RapidShare. Pls, post here your successful/faulty reports if you try to do this. With CID & FW version ;)

yes, I know that. but I also know that bought "second-hand" phone may become blacklisted after some days/weeks, and it'll be not very funny.
