Firmware W995!

I have done everything you said, however SEUS sais I have the latest version.
The version I have is R1EA028. I have tried 6 different customize_upgrade.xml from different regions. But I still cannot get R1HA036.
Any ideas anyone?

May be you forget to make this: after uploading customize_upgrade.xml => turn on phone: to see "Please wait" and again turn off"

If you see "Please wait" when turn on phone you should haven't problem.

I do see that when I turn on. I then turn off, remove and replace the battery then run SEUS and it tells me I already have the latest software version. It is driving me nuts!
