After Flashing MAIN, FS, CUSTPACK when i turn on and enter sim phone pin code it asks for PHONE UNLOCK CODE

Hmm..i think u dont finished the finalization.Go to step 4 and do this

User code has nothing to do with finalization.
Download XS++3.1. Click "GDFS" to the bottom of the right pannel and connect the USB cable. Click "Phone Lock Code" and the code should be reseted to "0000".

any ideas ?

actually, this is confusing, what is the main problem? configuration error or phone lock code?
For configuration error, flash only the custom pack
FOr phone lock code, just press identify in setool and connect your phone, you should see the user code just below the operator line of setool log (XS is not able to reset w200 phone lock code, already tried but setool shows user code on identify)
