C901 , W595 Same problem please help!

i got an se w595 and an se C901 both are locked and on both it says inactive sim so both phones are banned from all sim cards, im trying to unlock with aerix but when im holding 2+5 i get no response from aerix. please help.
i have seen many who have succed to unlock w595 with aerix but why doesn't it work for me.

You must install SEUS and SEMC USB driver will be installed automatically.
Then again try to connect with Aerix.

try using a different usb port

you need to install The Gordons Gate driver. and when connecting, you phone must be fully turned off ;)

inactive sim is the problem of barred IMEI, you need to change the IMEI of your phone but this is illegal in most countries

okey thank you, i solved the w595 problem but is there no way to unlock c901?
