sometimes when i make/receive calls i cant hear anything,i know its connected i just am not getting any sound. anybody know what causes this??? any FIX?????

there might be a loose connection in the earpiece, try disassemble and check the earpiece leg if it touches the pad or there might be an open track on the earpiece
