changing firmware is not that easy, you need to flash '3' MAIN, FS and custpack

I sort of got round it,even though vodafone don't simlock there phones,i sim-unlocked it any way with aerix then flashed just the 3 cust pack, which changed all the correct settings for My3 and the web etc but left the voda startup splash and the vodalive gif image on the desktop left softkey, but that doesn't bother them so sorted it.
Once again i thank everyone for there help and this great site.
