firmware help

hello:

i have k610i that i can flash to w660. i must, if i want my phone to work properly, firmware that support gsm 850 and umts 2100.

can anyone tell me please which firmware to k610 or w660 i have to download that support gsm 850 and umts 2100?

or .....someone maybe can tell me which file is responsible for the gsm setting?

1. firmware?
2. fs files?
3. cad files?

maybe i will be able to continue from there alon.....

or.....can i flash k610 with w710 firmware? they are both db2020.....

Both K610 and W660 support GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 and UMTS 2100 . It's a hardware issue. You can pick any firmware. You can't flash K610 to W710.

thank for your answer.

before i flashed my k610 it had r1gb001 firmware and it had gsm 850/1800/1900 and utsm 2100.

after i flashed it to a newer firmware, r1jc002, it become gsm 900/1800/1900 and utsm 2100.

now i got a new sim that's work on gsm 850 so i need to get back the gsm 850 but i don't know how.

can you help me do that?

Did you try to flash back R1GB001?

hi,

i tried to flash back to rgb001 and to alot of other firmware but all of them gave me gsm 900/1800/1900 and utsm 2100. i don't know if it can be fixed by firmware or other setting.....
