startup/shutdown java app for k810i

I'm disperate to find a java app for starting/stopping a k810i phone at a specific time like between 12 in the night & 7 in the morning. I searched more than 1 week every day and evening and sometimes at night on google to find something like that bat I couldn't find it and I gave up.
I need your help guys in resolving my problem somehow. I need your help, PLS!!!
