k850i turns on to please wait only.help required

My k850i which is locked to orange network turns on to message of please wait only and nothing else.This occured after pressing the master reset.please help.Tried takin battery out etc but still starts up to message please wait.

you may try what senter commented but you may also try reuploading only the custom pack and see if it help

flashed with uploader but had a problem with the custom pack not un ziping fully.so i then used the sony update service which worked but dont know how,thanks anyway

don't unzip it, on the Misc files click "..." and select the zip custom pack file and press flash
