Help needed, W300i lost Software

Dear all, yesterday I had a very strange experience. :eek: My little son (3years) stole my W300i (German language, netlock by T-mobile Germany) and I found it in his room with the battery outside. :mad: After I placed the battery again, the mobile tried to start but is showing "Cofiguration error, contact.....". It starts with an grey windows only showong Select and Info, if I press Select the mobile is loggin into the t-mobile network and I can call it. On the display it shows that there is a call, but I can't hear a ringtone or something else.

I post this request here, because I saw that if you try to change the software, there is sometimes the same problem. I was happy to read, that you are able to flash again the mobile and everything is fine.

So: Because I'm really a beginner in flashing and I'm afraid to damage the fine mobile, is there someone able to tell me what I have to do? To tell me all the steps and inform me exactly what kind of software and files I have to use.:confused: I'm really gratefull for this, because otherwise I#m lost.

If there is somebody here from Germany to whom I can send the mobile for repair, It would also be great to hear this. I live in Saarbrücken, so maybe some expert is living near from here and is able to help.

Thanks, this would be helpfull, but the phone was a gift and so I don't have an invoice to prove it. :-(

Dear Kiryo, thanks. I tried already this, but the software told: Everything is fine :-( But in the meantime I was in a official Sony Servicenter and the uploaded the flash files complete new and now the mobile is working again
