I'm try to find the C903 Debranded firmware with Italian language. However, there are none available on this site or the internet and i just wonder is there are any CDA for that region (adriatc) for debranded c903 firmware, please? so that i can upgrade via SEUS etc

Try ADRIATIC CDA from C902 and then update via SEUS.

Put this customize_upgrade.rar(unzipped) to :TPA/preset/custom with A2uploader. Turn on the phone, then update with SEUS.
