Help with w910

My w910 seems to be completely dead, the phone doesn't turn on at all, charge or get detected on computer. When I try to charge it or connect it to a computer, only left soft key turns red, and nothing else happens.

can anyone please help?

try to take some friend battery and reflash phone, if it wouldn't help, then try to go to service...
