SEUS does not detect my phone

Hi,

I really need help with my W995.
I tried to use WotanClient2 for debranding and language change but wotanclient couldnt detect my phone. Then I downloaded sonyericsson update service and it couldnt either detect my phone. The battery is fully loaded, I have tried to restart the phone and I´m holding the "C" key while plugging in the USB cable.
After a while the phone just turn on into "mass storage" mode.
What am I doing wrong?

Pls help!

Reinsert battery and hold 2 & 5 from keyboard and then connect with USB cable.
