please help me my w850i wont turn on

i dont know what happened. i turned it off 1 day, and then next time i try and turn it on it dont! it comes with some flashing red light on the power button. im sure no damage was done to it.

i press it, then the red light flashes once. then agen, nothing happens. then agen, it flashes 6 or 7 times, the whole time the rest of the fone is dead

i tried using the charger and connecting it to pc using usb, but no luck, it still doesnt turn on. i used some elses battery it still dot work, yet both mine and thier battery worked in thier fone. i tried turning it off wihout a sim card. ive tried pressing bare random buttons just in case im lucky enough to hit the right buttons to get it on. stil dont work

i think i still have warranty but if i can solve it myself it would save me alot of time and hassle its only like 2-3 months old

the only thing i can think of was that i accidently used p900i software (i think it was that) thinkin it was 4 all sony ericsons. i used it on the pc to copy files to and from (i dunno y, it works fine without any software in the 1st place, i had a reason but i dno loool) so maybe that caused a problem? but it worked fine afterwards, but maybe because i didnt turn it off. but when i did thats when the problem started because of a software complication? i duno lol

when you say used p900 software do you mean just programs, or did you try and flash the phone whit p900 firmware

red light flashing!!!..well this only happens on my K750i when the battary is completely drained, but in your case, you said that you tried to charge it and it didn't work, so I think it is something with the battary connections!!!maybe...
best solution since you still in warrenty is the SE service center, you pay for the service when you bought the phone, so, it is time to get a use of what you paid for...

With PC software you can't damage the phone. It looks like hardware problem - go to the service.

Charge your battery, go to Sonyericsson internet site and reflash the phone with a new firmware. It should work.

just bring it back to the store you bought it from and see what they can do about it. i think that's the best solution right now
