K800i won't read o2 sim

Have run XX++ to flash my K800i that has been locked with T-Mobile since new. All went well and software is saying that all is successful and phone is uncloked. Insert o2 SIM and I still get the message 'insert correct sim card', and cannot go further. T-Mobile SIM still works ok when I put that one in. Is my phone unlocked properly and why can't I seem to use the o2 SIM? Please help anyone?!!

your phone hasn't been unlock yet, need to unlock. flahing won't unlock your phone.
