Problems with flash MXE-60

My MXE-60 stops to work, I don´t know what happens. Is my second flash (the first I lost in a great party), the first works fine but now its shot one time (maybe yes maybe no), and don´t work anymore. Tryed in other two w810 to discover if my mobile have issues, but in other phones the same happens. Any idea?

If it also malfunctions in other phones that support your MXE-60, it could be the unit is faulty. Have it exchanged for another if you purchased it locally from the store - faster; less hassle.

Is your MXE-60 genuine???. Try to check it's battery. Or check the firmware of your phone. Maybe the pin is dirty in the phone or the flash....

i have got the mxe-60 and i sometimes get the problems, too! when i plug in the mxe-60 to my w850i, i have to switch the LED light off and on so that i can see a flash icon on the display! then the LED of the mxe-60 turn on! maybe you should try the same!
